Electroless deposition metal corrosion resistance technology
 
According to 2000/53/EG of the EU,from july 1, 2006 on, the Cr6+ contained in the corrosion resistance coating of every car could not be over 2g. Our company has introduced electroless deposition metal corrosion resistance technology (Cr free). corrosion resistance coating without Cr is consist of base and face coating. There are several ways coating--infusion centrifugal,spraying,brushapplication and soon. All in all,it has these characteristics:
 
Meet an environmental protection request
This coating contains no chromium compound, nor is any used during the process.
Electroless deposition metal corrosion resistance technology is applied in a closed system free from the production of wastewater. Steam is the main emission generated in the baking process, and the byproducts of application are completely free of toxic substances that would otherwise fall under legal regulation.
 
 
Outstanding resistance to the saltwater spray test and cyclic corrosion test
This chromium-free coating provides a very high degree of corrosion resistance when put through its paces in the saltwater spray test (JIS-Z-2731) and cyclic corrosion test.
 
 
Superb resistance to heat and corrosion
Corrosion resistance coating without Cr contains no crystalline waters or organic resins that can easily deteriorate under heat, so the film withstands high temperatures for an extended period of time. With electro-galvanized coating (colored chromate coating), the surface chromate film will fail at approximately 100C, whereupon the surface properties will alter and corrosion resistance will plummet.
 
 
Effectively prevents galvanic corrosion of aluminum
In an application where stainless bolts are tightened with aluminum members, the use of Corrosion resistance coating without Cr coating on the bolts will effectively prevent galvanic corrosion.
 
 
Excellent coating properties
This coating solution protects even the inner surfaces of pipes and other components, and it consistently delivers the highest degree of rust resistance.
 
 
No risk of hydrogen brittleness
Because the coating process uses no acids, no hydrogen gases are generated in the process. Thus, there is nothing to permeate the material and cause delayed fracture.
 
 
Applicable to a wide range of metals
The materials that can be coated with Corrosion resistance coating include a wide range of metals such as iron, ferrous alloys, light metals (aluminum, etc.), light metal alloys and various die-cast materials.
