| DACROMET coating process |
| ¡¡ |
| The specific DACROMET coating process varies according to the size, shape, quality and required performance of the substrates. The processes are largely classified into the following three types: |
| Dip-spin method£º |
| This method is suitable for coating bolts, nuts, springs, screws, washers and other small pressed parts. First, place the pretreated parts in a basket and then dip the basket in the solution. Excess solution is then removed via centrifugal spinning prior to baking. The standard specification is two coats and two baking cycles, but a one-coat/one-bake process can also be used depending on the purpose of application. |

| Spray method£º |
| This coating method is ideal for parts that must maintain a good appearance. Suspend the parts from a hanger and perform electrostatic coating, and then bake them in the oven. The standard specification is one coat and one bake. |
| Dip-drain method£º |
| This method is suitable for larger substrates that will not readily fit into baskets. Suspend the coating substrates from hangers and dip them in the solution prior to baking. The standard specification is one coat and one bake. |
