Principle of Coating Anticorrosion
None-Electrolytic Zinc Chromate is a new system of metal anticorrosion. The primary method of coating againstis: The main rustpreventive mechanism of this coating is: zinc has acontrolled electric chemical protection effect on basic parts. Zinc,aluminium and chromate acid compound have machinery shielding protection effect.Elutriation effect from aluminium restraining zinc.
 
Structure of The Coating
To coatting a layer of Non-electrolytic zinc chromate on the metal surface ( Namely contains Zinc flake with rang of size between 0.1~0.2*10~15^m,CrO3 and special organic of high dispersiod composite water base solvent),Some time after being cured under about 300 degrees, Cr6+ change to Cr3+. Then there was chromate acid compound coating on the surface of the basic material, and coating between zinc and aluminium. after cooling, to coating the metal surface with 6~8^m Silver-gray special high corrosion resistance of Non_electrolytic zinc chromate.
