| MAGNI565为双层防锈涂料,完全不含六价铬 (entirely chromefree) 底涂层(Base coat) 提供牺牲阳极性保护 (Sacrificial protection), 面涂层(Top coat)提供隔离层保护(Barrier protection)。此系统为非电镀系统, 完全没有氢脆化(hydrogen embrittlernent) 的问题。除了卓越的防锈功能之外, MAGNI565 涂层也具备润滑性, 故涂装之后不必再加封孔或蜡, 以确保所需的扭力特性 (torque characteristics) MAGNl565为目前工程涂料最具经济效益, 最高防锈和提供稳定的扭力 / 强力特性 (torque tension characteristis)。 |
